Join us in welcoming Chef Tim Kotula as the new Executive Chef at The Georgian Club! Chef Tim grewup in St. Louis, Missouri and attended Columbus State in Ohio for Hospitality Management and Chef Apprenticeship. Chef Tim spent many years gaining experience across the country as an Executive Chef for a small mountain resort in Vermont, a country club in Texas, large corporate dining facilities in Ohio, and six years at the Commerce Club in Atlanta. Most recently, Chef Tim was the Executive Chef at the Manor Golf and Country Club in Milton, Georgia. He accredits his cooking style to the ever changing seasons and values fresh, seasonal, and sustainable food. Chef Tim prides himself on sourcing the freshest seafood in Atlanta and works with vendors to make sure that he is serving the absolute best to our members.
When he is not in the kitchen, Chef Tim spends his time with his wife of fifteen years Megan and their nine year old twins, Connor and Grace. They especially love spending time together at the lake.
