Summary:

The Chef works closely with the front of the house staff to ensure delivery of top quality, consistent, and creative fare along with traditional country club offerings. The Chef will take ownership from production to the final delivery of the end product. The Chef must follow the concept of continually exceeding expectations for both members and their guests.

The Chef must be able to control food costs and minimize waste in the food production process. The Chef will be fully responsible for all back of the house sanitation, safety and cleanliness, as well as basic kitchen equipment maintenance and operation.  

The employee should have a minimum of a high school diploma. Two years of basic kitchen experience, one year of supervisory experience and a basic working knowledge of all stations.
