Description:

The work involves data entry, the maintenance of various account records, and routine problem-solving.  The employee in this position must be able to exercise discretion and use independent judgment in the performance of all daily tasks.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational/analytic skills    
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with team in various levels
  • Ability to coordinate and carry out details efficiently
  • Preparation and filing of monthly sales and use tax returns, financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow for internal reporting.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in an accountant position. 

Education and Training:  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, private club experience preferred, ability to multi task, detailed oriented, have excellent computer software skills, self-motivated, and ability to set priorities and meet various deadlines.

Futren Hospitality is looking for an experienced highly-professional Corporate Sales & Public Relations Specialist.

Description:

The Corporate Sales and Public Relations Specialist conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing clients. They are responsible for offering the best possible client experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. The daily routine of an outside sales representative varies from day to day; representatives may not always be meeting with the same client or in the same place or even selling the same product or service. The overarching idea is to build connections and sell the company’s locations/services. The specialist will be present for all large club events to capture happenings for social media to include pictures, video and live broadcasts to promote the brand. Building relationships with the community to generate new memberships, sales of private events, community presence and partnerships, and brand awareness

Being organized is the number one rule to being an effective outside sales representative - the day consists of discovery calls, research, in-person meetings, follow-up calls, and much more. Although the title entails being in the field most of the time, the best representatives are able to manage both office and field work. Good human relations skills evidenced by both verbal and written communications.

Proficient computer skills and proficient in social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Excellent interpersonal social skills. Ability to adapt to different environments while respecting the company values. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to coordinate and carry out details efficiently. Sufficient proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and associates.

Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing or related field desired, 3-5 years hands-on, proven sales record, marketing, branding, and promotions experience required; restaurant, foodservice, F&B, hospitality industry highly desirable. Experienced integrated sales/marketing professional with a strong track record of prior successes who excels in innovative thinking, strategic planning, strong relationship development, and impeccable execution.

Summary:

Futren Hospitality is looking for an excellent, professional Corporate Administrative Assistant. The Corporate Administrative Assistant is responsible for member communications for the National Alliance of Private Clubs and general administration the Futren Corporation. 

Description:

This person should be able to assist with the design, proofreading, printing, and mailing of newsletters and other member communications, and any other tasks assigned.

In addition, the employee must be comfortable speaking and engaging with current members, as well as build new relationships, on and offline. Must show commitment to the company brand and values. Maintaining confidentiality is a must. The employee shall possess comprehensive knowledge of Business English, spelling, proofreading, ambitious attitude for driving business and customer relations.

The candidate should possess a two-year college degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a highly responsible administrative position. Should have applicable work experience with an emphasis in sales, marketing, public relations, or customer service. Strong computer knowledge is required for this position as well as the desire and ability to keep pace with changing office and computer technology. A private club, hospitality, retail sales or related industry background is preferred.
